First time wake surfing? That's the point.
You don't need experience — you need a boat that throws the right wave and someone who knows how to drive it. Our captains coach first-timers up from the dock: board stance, rope work, and when to let go and ride. Regulars get the wave shaped the way they like it.
Boards are included with the boat, the tow bar handles tubing if the crew wants variety, and the Bluetooth speaker keeps the energy up between sets.
Why the captain is included
Wake boats are the most powerful boats in our fleet, so every wake boat rental runs with a Funday captain at the helm ($35/hr, 3-hour minimum). That's not fine print — it's the feature: nobody in your group burns their day driving, and because you never operate the boat, the $300 security deposit doesn't apply. Weekday and weekend rates are $200/hr; holidays are $225/hr with a 4-hour minimum.
