Funday Rentals rents pontoons, tritoons, and wake boats on Lake Conroe from the dock at Papa's on the Lake, 14632 TX-105, Montgomery, TX 77356. This policy covers www.fundayrentalstx.com and the booking request form on it.

When you submit a booking request on our website, we collect:

• Your name and phone number — so we can reach you to confirm availability.
• Your rental details — the boat you picked, the date, how many hours, party size, whether you want a captain, and any add-ons like tubes or float mats.

That is the complete list. The form has no email field, and we never ask for payment card numbers, driver's license numbers, or any government ID through the website. Payment and ID checks happen in person at the dock.

If you call, text, or email us directly, we'll also have whatever you choose to tell us in that message.

We think this part matters as much as the rest. This website runs no analytics software, no advertising pixels, and no third-party tracking cookies. We do not build a profile on you, follow you to other websites, or use your visit to retarget you with ads. There is no Google Analytics, no Meta pixel, and no session recording on this site.

We use what you send us for exactly one thing: responding to your rental request. Specifically, to:

• Call or text you back to confirm the boat, date, and time
• Quote your total and answer questions about the rental
• Keep a record of the booking so we know who's on the calendar

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information to anyone. We don't add you to a marketing list or send promotional messages because you filled out the form.

We use a small number of outside services to run the website and the business. They only receive what they need to do their job:

• Web3Forms — delivers your booking request from the website to our inbox as an email. Your name, phone number, and rental details pass through their system.
• Cloudflare — hosts and delivers this website. Like every web host, their servers log routine technical data such as IP addresses and browser type for security and reliability. We do not use these logs to identify individual visitors.
• Waiver Electronic — if you sign a liability waiver, you do that on their platform, linked from our Waivers page. Information you enter there is handled under their privacy policy, not this one.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or if it's necessary to protect the safety of our guests, our crew, or our equipment.

We don't use cookies to track or advertise to you. Our booking form includes a hidden “honeypot” field that automated spam bots fill in and humans never see — it's how we keep junk submissions out of the inbox. It collects nothing about you.

Booking request emails stay in our inbox as part of our normal business records. We keep them as long as they're useful for scheduling, customer service, and our own accounting, and we delete them when they're not. If you'd like your request deleted sooner, just ask — see below.

You can ask us to tell you what information we have about you, correct it if it's wrong, or delete it. Call 281-771-6857 or email Fundayboatrentals@gmail.com and we'll take care of it. We may need to confirm who you are before we act on a request about someone's personal information.

You can also simply call us to book instead of using the form — then nothing goes through the website at all.

Our website isn't directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. Kids are welcome on the boats with a parent or guardian, but the rental has to be booked by an adult. If you believe a child sent us information, contact us and we'll delete it.

This site is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection, and the form submission is encrypted in transit. No method of transmitting information over the internet is completely secure, so we can't promise absolute security — but we keep what we collect to the minimum needed to call you back, which is the best protection there is.

If we change how we handle your information, we'll update this page and change the “last updated” date at the top. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
