    VESSEL OPERATOR MUST BE 25 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER. ANYONE BORN AFTER SEPTEMBER 1ST, 1993 IS REQUIRED TO HAVE TEXAS BOATER EDUCATIOIN CERTIFICATE!

    Boat rental CANCELLATION POLICY: You may cancel at least 48 hours prior to your reservation. Cancellations within 48 hours are not allowed (Change of date under 48hrs). 

     

    No shows will be charged for the full reservation amount.

     

    WEATHER POLICY FOR ALL VESSELS: Our weather contingency is based on current weather conditions AT OUR DOCK. If it is raining at our docks or we determine it is too dangerous to depart from our docks at the start of your reservation, we will change the date of reservation. If it starts raining or weather conditions become dangerous DURING your reserved time, we will issue you a rain check for the unused portion of your rental reservation. Once you have left the dock, no refunds will be given for any unused portion of your reservation. Please note that even if it is raining at your location, it may not be raining at our docks.

     

    we recommend that you plan to arrive on time for your reservation to avoid being charged for your full reservation fee. You are responsible for the time that you reserved, and no shows will be charged for the full reservation amount

    We accept cash, MC, Visa and American Express payments for rentals and damage deposits. Renter is liable for all applicable taxes and fees. Prices subject to change.

     

    PLEASE NOTE: We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. If anyone in your party gets violent, vulgar towards other boaters/employees, is to intoxicated/impaired, or unable to follow company policies, charters can be terminated and you may be asked to leave the property and forfeit any rental deposits.
